Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to sale of sessions:
- No refunds, tickets may be exchanged prior to 6pm the day before the session to a future session.
- No more than 3 swimmers per lane.
- No access to change rooms/showers. Access to toilet on pool deck.
- You must record the first name and a contact mobile number of everyone swimming
- If you are not on the list of designated swimmers for the session, and the session is FULL, you CANNOT attend - NO EXCEPTIONS. (Fines for individuals of up to $1652 may apply).
- Reminder email goes out at 4pm the day before the session.
- Swap tickets to a new session if you cannot make it by 6pm the night before (if space is available). Instructions for this emailed when you buy sessions.
- After 6pm the day before, you must attend or forfeit the session.
Ferve Tickets Terms and Conditions
'Ferve Tickets' (Ferve Tickets Pty Ltd ABN 41 074 903 085) operates a system for event ticketing on behalf of JVW Swim ABN 51 427 724 836 the 'Event Organiser'. Any and all issues or claims relating to sale and/or purchase of tickets and the provision of associated event(s) are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser and Ferve Tickets (or any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, directors or employees) have no liability for any claims. Ferve Tickets is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. Ferve Tickets cannot exchange or refund this ticket nor associated fees, please contact the Event Organiser with any queries. Ferve Tickets has no obligation to provide a refund or any other financial compensation if an event is cancelled, postponed or substantially altered by the Event Organiser, in which case you should contact the Event Organiser directly. Purchasing tickets constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
